This Cultivation Cleaner position is responsible for executing their daily role within the cultivation facility at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives for a variety of duties to clean and decontaminate equipment, supplies, and the spaces the Cultivation department staff operate in. This position must fulfill their role with efficient productivity and accuracy. The Cultivation Cleaner role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety, consistently. The Cultivation Cleaner reports to the Manager of Cultivation.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Executing the cleaning and decontamination of the Post-Harvest and Production departments' equipment, supplies, and operational areas. Particular focus on cleaning the routinely utilized machinery, equipment, and surfaces, working in a timely manner meeting daily and weekly goals.
- Supporting the breakdown of machinery in the Post-Harvest department to deep clean equipment. Execute taking apart machinery and reassemble correctly consistently. Properly use equipment and supplies to maintain its integrity and longevity.
- Operating the dishwasher and pressure washer to complete cleaning effectively. Thorough deep clean of workstations and supplies for Post-Harvest operation.
- Support the cleaning of farming rooms and equipment. Focus on deep cleaning tasks of tables, transfer carts, and regularly used equipment.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards. Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Post-Harvest dept tasks, Production dept tasks, and maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Training Requirements
- This position will follow the direction and training from the Manager of Cultivation assigned to the Olyphant, PA cultivation facility. The role is expected to engage in proactive participation to be able to clearly achieve the position objectives, compliantly and safely.

Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Supporting the Manager of Cultivation to maintain proper organization of the Cultivation department work areas. ensure organization and cleanliness of the work areas.
- Participate with efficient productivity and teamwork when cleaning and organizing equipment and workspaces. Contribute and show support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Cultivation.
- This position is expected to perform duties independently, at a highly productive and efficient pace, consistently.

The Manager of Cultivation is responsible for leading and overseeing all cultivation operations for the for Olyphant, PA Cannabis cultivation facility from propagation to harvest The Manager of Cultivation is expected to meet staffing needs, develop procedures, and implement use of technologies to create and maintain continuously improving standards to ensure operations are conducted in an efficient, high quality, safe, and compliant manner. This position is responsible for collaborating and communicating with all PharmaCann departments and leadership to achieve these goals and will report directly to the Senior Manager of Production.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities
Procedures & Tasks
- Management of all aspects of cultivation including, but not limited to propagation, veg and flower room gardening, irrigation, IPM, and harvest.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures. Properly train staff on SOPs and ensure they are being followed so that standards are being met.
- Meet staffing needs through projecting labor, hiring, onboarding, transferring, promoting, demoting, and terminating employees. Perform labor tracking and scheduling. Assess employee performance, reward and discipline employees, and address all employee issues.
- Ensure proper workflows are implemented and contribute to improvement of protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity. Think in terms of operational effectiveness, accessibility, security, and scalability.
- Lead and delegate responsibilities to staff. Provide effective leadership by training, coaching, and offering guidance and support to ensure a complete understanding of and alignment to PharmaCann's vision, mission, and values to maintain a positive work environment and a high level of morale.
- Take direction from leadership to improve cultivation practices and meet evolving expectations.
- Communicate and collaborate with departments including, but not limited to, Post-Harvest, Supply Chain, Facilities, Legal, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Controls, Analytics, R&D, Safety, IT, Accounting, Human Resources, and Retail. Effectively use all modes of communication including email and verbal.
- Monitor environment and product quality. Quickly inform appropriate parties of safety, security, plant health, and other concerns to minimize disruptions with achieving targets, completing projects, and performing planning in a timely and compliant manner.
- Ensure appropriate data is collected, analyzed, and reported. Meet seed-to-sale tracking requirements through use of appropriate software and tracking systems.
- Operate environmental control systems as directed.
- Ensure adequate inventories of supplies are maintained.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation practices are being followed and areas are maintained with proper organization.
- Support and manage the coordination of facility events, such as and not limited to, ownership visits and investor related activities.
- Assist the Senior Manager of Production with manufacturing projects. Proactively and creatively help to determine project scope, acquire necessary resources, assign duties, and create budgets for the successful completion of the project.
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to all city, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager of Production.
- This position is responsible for the supervision and management of the Olyphant, PA cultivation facility.
- Ensure that individual and team performance meets the PharmaCann's standards of service and quality.
- Supervise the Cultivation department attendance, time off balances, time off requests, pay change requests, position change requests, and all other attendance and documentation related procedures/processes.

The Data Specialist position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team and will help verify and ensure the accuracy of the data coming from the Cultivation Departments in Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, & Pennsylvania. The focus of the Data Specialist is to properly report production and cultivation information from the seed to sale system (METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway), ERP (Dynamics NAV), and our internal systems. The Data Specialist will also be responsible for assisting in any reporting duties completed by the Analytics Team. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate working knowledge of Dynamics NAV, seed to sales systems, Google Sheets, and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Compliance, and Processing management as well as team members within those departments. The Data Specialist is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Data Entry and Systems

- Verify and report plant audits from production to Dynamics METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway/NAV.
Reporting
- Run reports in METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway, and NAV in relation to plant counts, on hand inventory, distribution rates, and sales.
- Search internal systems on a wide range of data including but not limited to: plants, packages, labor statistics, testing results, etc.
- Accurately compile and scrub data to report on a wide range of activities in multiple departments as assigned.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audit are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.

The Processing Analytics Data Specialist position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Analytics Team for the Processing Department in IL, MA, NY, OH, and PA. The focus of the Data Specialist is to properly report production and processing information from the seed to sale system (METRC/Biotrack/MJ Freeway), ERP (Dynamics NAV), and our internal systems. With guidance and supervision from the QA Manager this position supports the Quality Assurance organization and is responsible for the daily execution of all medical cannabis quality processes as assigned for both operations. The incumbent will work within company standards and the applicable state regulations.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Auditing all processes to ensure both internal and external regulations (New York Office of Cannabis Management (NYOCM) standards are being adhered to.
- Floor presence throughout the day in all manufacturing areas.
- Oversee cleaning procedure, inspecting equipment and work area, ATP surface testing of the addition processes now in production.
- Ensuring auditing and manufacturing documentation is kept up to date.
- Review of cGMP documents to ensure company processes comply and maintain Quality Assurance documentation.
- Develop the standard measurements for processes to be compared against then inspect and test processes and procedures.
- Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new manufacturing process, send them out for review then approval finally entering them into the QMS Veeva system

- Assist in maintaining the QMS Veeva System.
- Increase raw materials entering the site where Quality will need to do inspection of and release the materials to manufacturing.
- Assist in training production staff on quality all new procedures, protocols, and documentation
- Coordinate investigation of quality issues with manufacturing and customer complaints
- Review, approve and communicate all investigation root cause and follow up with corrective action with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of core processes to ensure manufacturing quality is maintained while efficiency is optimized.
- Initiate annual reviews of SOPs and batch records.
- Assist the QA Analyst in Massachusetts when needed (note: the QA Analyst there do not have any backups).

Purpose
This person provides security and safety to customers and employees. In order to adequately protect
people and property, security guards must know and enforce rules and regulations to prevent criminal
activity before it happens. They may monitor points of access in a building or property to allow entry
only to individuals with the correct identification or authorization. They walk amongst visitors to
promote order and provide a visible presence that deters safety issues.
Essential Duties
Security
- Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure
regularly; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points;
permitting entry
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard
- Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and evict violators from premises.
- Monitor courier vehicles during delivery of product and valuables to prevent theft and ensure safe
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Report any security or compliance issue or situation to the direct supervisor.
- Works under the direct supervision of the Regional Security Manager and Director of Security. This
Job Qualifications
Work Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' security, safety, or related experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail, production environment with diverse clientele preferred.
- Demonstrated safety, security, risk management, and client service capabilities.
- Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Cannabis Control Commission.
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- 2-year college degree or related college coursework preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to work with team members, clientele to manage risk and ensure compliance.

Purpose
The Post Trim Technician will aid in facilitating a variety of different tasks that prepare the product for the next phase of processing. This position will be responsible for effectively communicating with the Lead of Trim and fellow team members to achieve a quality trim with machinery, sorting and organizing the product accurately, and the maintenance of the machinery. This position ensures accurate documentation and recording of data while upholding company standards of quality, which requires a high attention to detail and must follow all state regulations and company standards. This position will report to the Lead of Trim and Post-Harvest Manager.
Essential Duties
- Operating trim machines, and following all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Proper organization and physical labeling of trays and bins by batch to identify all product accurately and to ensure compliance with all state and company guidelines.
- Weigh and record bins and drums using electronic scales and ensure accurate data entry using computer spreadsheets, in a timely manner.
- Performing quality control on all product.
- Preparing and moving product from post trim dept. to proper curing area.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure all product meets the PharmaCann standards of quality.
- If quality and information does not match company standards, communicate with leadership to ensure all standards are met.
- Ensure that product is running through the machines and that quality control is being performed at all times.
- Communicate with different team members and leadership to ensure proper flow of information and production.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work.
- Trimming, bucking, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
Workspace and Material Maintenance
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of immediate work station and equipment.
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the post trim room.
- Contribute to daily, weekly and periodic cleaning and general maintenance.
- Maintain the machine's setup, breakdown, and functionality each day.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools and related equipment (scissors, tables, floors etc.).
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Ensure data and processing integrity.
Work Environment
- Adhere to all work safety requirements including, but not limited to: lifting, bending, etc.
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas in the Processing wing.
- Maintain a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear protective clothing, hairnets, and beard nets when working with plants, and product.
- Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your person.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Trim, and Trim Supervisors.
- This person may be instructed to guide and train but not supervise and discipline others.
Work Expectations
- Must maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and superiors alike, to support a positive work environment.
- Communication, flexibility, and diligence are expected in order to meet all production goals.
- Regular attendance and punctuality, as well as reliability to contribute to achieving production goals.
- Focus and dedication to the task at hand.
- Work schedule is Mon-Fri 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. This shift has the potential to run late. You are expected to stay until the job is completed daily.
Work Experience
- Six months of work experience in a related industry or work environment preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail.
- Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others.
- Demonstrates oral communication capability.
- Knowledge and background in trimming preferred.
- Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Pennsylvania DOH.
- Must pass a background check.
Education

SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting the Cultivation facilities. This person will independently and collaboratively provide a full range of administrative, clerical and office support. This includes front office reception and administration duties such as greeting new employees and other cultivation guests, maintaining supply levels, assisting with facilities coordination, updating signage, providing support for projects, and ensuring efficient and effective operations. Furthermore, the assistant is expected to assist with daily tasks that are contributing to the general efficiency of the company. The assistant may also be asked to schedule meetings and travel for executives as well as compile business-related information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute in increasing team efficiency by giving support both operationally and administratively.
- Perform administrative tasks such as; greeting and setting up interviews for potential new hires, conducting new hire and guest tours, maintaining parking structure, creating signage, being present for and taking record of inspections, as well as, updating licenses and employee information.
- Assist and organize company, events and lunches.
- Create and establish spreadsheets and databases for maintaining company policies, goals and assets.
- Promote a healthy work environment that is positive and compliant with established company policies and procedures.
- Support the Production facility by creating and updating signage and assisting with the direction of company policies to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Maintaining stock of hospitable areas, including but not limited to, meeting rooms.
- Occasional off-site errands and events at other LivWell facilities.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
- Solid organizational and communication skills, the Administrative Assistant must be able to fully support all aspects of the company, including but not limited to: compliance, ordering product, inventory control, loss prevention, etc.
- Ability to partner with managers on operational matters
- Ability to work with vendors and agencies to produce results
- Basic Microsoft Office and Google Drive knowledge is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality

- Must be able to obtain a Key or Support badge through the Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division

Job Summary

- Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed PharmaCann's specifications and patients' expectations. Such quality assurance work and reporting shall include but not be limited to:
o Recording and monitoring process conditions to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures o Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout PharmaCann's process
- Continually strive and work with the remainder of the Production Team to improve PharmaCann's processes for improved patient safety, quality, and efficient manufacturing

Job Description
The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from seedling to harvest.
Base Pay: $20.75/ Hour + Medical Benefits, 401K & PTO
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Performs plant and crop maintenance using standard procedures including but not limited to, cloning, transplanting, feeding, trimming and pest management
- Maintains clean environment by removing and disposing of all cannabis waste, cleaning and sanitizing all rooms and tools used on a daily basis
- Assists in collecting data to monitor plant health, soil health, and environmental control systems
- Meets all required activity performance counts
- Masters and learns basic principles of cultivation SOPs and sanitation of the field and applies them in a limited manner
- Assists others as part of a team to accomplish cultivation goals set forth by management
- Pesticide application is required
- Performs all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and 0-1 years of experience; must be 21 years old

Will be required to put on full gear for specific tasks, e.g. pesticide application requires fully covered appropriate gear.

This position will require local travel within the State. Couriers are responsible for safely, securely, and lawfully transporting cannabis to dispensaries and samples to laboratories, as well as ensuring strict adherence to state law and all delivery and manifest protocols and controls. Couriers will work alongside a partner to provide security for the staff and product from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations. Couriers also may provide back-up for other departments.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Must be able to work alongside a partner, in a cooperative and professional team environment, to provide secure product delivery from our cultivation facilities to off-site locations
- Assist with packaging deliveries and checking against the order form
- Must ensure product is properly secured prior to delivery
- Accurately file and maintain manifests and cash transaction logs, after each delivery
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely vehicle maintenance logs
- Cross train and provide coverage in the warehousing, processing, and cultivation departments, as business needs require
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D at a minimum
- State law requires that applicants be 21 years old to work for cultivation center
- Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check
- Pass a comprehensive background check that includes a criminal history
- Maintain a current driver's license and good driving record
- Confident navigating by using maps and GPS
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and get in and out of an automobile several times a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, carry product, totes and push carts
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Steady employment history
- Perform his/her duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
- Carry out all procedures in an efficient manner that also complies with, OSHA regulations, PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Communicate well, in a professional manner with employees and customers
Working conditions
- May require weekend/holidays alternating rotation
- Requires overtime according to business needs
- Must remove all jewelry, including rings, brooches, watches, pins, earrings, necklaces and visible piercings. In addition, false nails, nail polish, false eyelashes and any other object that may possibly contaminate food is not allowed in the processing/production areas
Physical requirements
Ability to perform driving in a safe manner, in all four seasons. Ability to sit for long periods of time and get in and out of an automobile several times a day. Ability to utilize arms at extended position for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift/carry product, totes and push/pull carts.

Job Description
The Packaging Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Proper setup and operation of filling, solid dose manufacturing, packaging and labeling equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist in monitoring and managing processing equipment supplies and inventory
- Execute all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures
- Perform in-process and post-process sample acquisitions according to protocols or batch records
- Support new product lines and process development as needed
- Be willing and able to be cross-trained to work alongside other PharmaCann team members with manufacturing, harvesting, drying and weighing of PharmaCann's broad medical cannabis product line as needed
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
- Train future new team members as necessary
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of applicable experience in filling, manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
Age: State law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over

Job Description
Asset Protection personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PharmaCann/Verilife patients, customers, employees, vendors, and facilities. Asset Protection Associates will ensure strict adherence to all security and Asset Protection protocols Standard Operating Procedures, state and local regulations, and company required controls. This position has a secondary reporting relationship to the Director, Asset Protection and Corp. Security
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Helps drive a positive service experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions
- Interacts with customers, vendors, and employees to maintain a safe environment
- Vigilantly performs all entry/exit control protocols
- Adheres to strict check-in procedures per state regulations
- Ensures the safety and security of all associates, patients, customers, and vendors while on-premises
- Monitors electronic surveillance and security alarm systems
- Performs Asset Protection tasks and manage access control systems
- Carries out inspections to verify the integrity of security during and after business hours
- Patrols internal and external areas
- Assists with internal and external investigations as needed with the highest level of integrity confidentiality (including theft and fraud)
- Perform Asset Protection related audits and inventory control functions
- Review and investigate POS/NAV analytical reports
- Assists in ensuring all operational policies and procedures are adhered to appropriately and professionally greets and registers patients, customers, vendor and/or employees
- Conducts staff protective Asset Protection and security awareness campaigns, signage and promotions
- Security searches at a highly effective and efficient manner
- Facilitate relationships with 3rd party vendors including inspectors.
- Accurately file and maintain manifests and cash transaction logs after each delivery.
- Provides assistance as directed during an emergency
- Performs lockup and unlock duties of designated areas as required
- Reports security, fire, and safety risks and keep a record of daily activities
- Monitors traffic and parking on facility property
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- This role may be required to assist with other duties as assigned as well as in other functions of the operation including but not limited to: call center, sales consulting, inventory, outreach, visual merchandising and delivery acceptance

- Minimum 21 years of age
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

- 2-3 years of previous Asset Protection and loss prevention experience in a similar setting preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check
- Steady employment history
