Cannabis Jobs in North Oxford, MA

We are a licensed cannabis product manufacturing company looking for an experienced cannabis lab manager to join our lab team at our production facility in North Oxford, MA.

The qualifications for this position are:

- Minimum 1-year working in a commercial cannabis lab environment in a management role, preferably in Massachusetts, but we will consider applicants with out-of-state experience.

- A strong understanding of standard cannabis extraction, filtration, and short path distillation techniques and the ability to manage these processes and a team with minimal oversight.

- Familiarity with regulatory applications such as METRC and seed-to-sale or ERP software.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

- Bonus points for applicants with experience manufacturing vape carts, hash washing, rosin pressing, and operating preroll machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare biomass for extraction including grinding and sifting
• Operate CO2 machine including loading, running, and cleaning;
• Operate refinement equipment including rotovap, vacuum filtration device, distillation machine, and vacuum purge ovens;
• Perform packaging duties for filling primary containers such as vapes, tinctures, capsules, and edibles in addition to secondary packaging such as labeling and boxing;
• Equipment maintenance including cleaning runs and part replacement;
• General cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and labware;
• Understand and utilize SOPs for record production data;
• Quality control and general product quality grading;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
