- Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support and partner with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to motivate and mentor retail team members. This will be the most important and primary aspect to your position. You will be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating a welcoming environment and making Trulieve the #1 dispensary. The Retail Shift Supervisor must have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and motivational skills with high customer service expectations, and strong conflict resolution skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
Working knowledge of retail business operations including management of payroll and controlling expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, execute, and enforce compliance efforts.
Support and partner with management on all functions of the business
Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
Ability to assist with customer and employee issues, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, complaints, suggestions, and compliments.
Administrative duties to include working with POS system and reporting.
Advanced product knowledge, with ability to disseminate to and mentor associate staff members.
Ability to follow all SOPs in the dispensary environment across all departments.
Thorough knowledge, and ability to train all state specific SOPs to the staff.
Balancing cash registers and cash handling duties.
Support and partner with store management team on employee communication and recognition to promote positive team interactions.
Involved in entire training of new employee process, as well as ongoing training and development of associate staff.
Create and maintain a positive work environment on the sales floor and amongst all team members by approaching the job with a positive attitude.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of an associate degree is preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have prior cash handling experience
Management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
Highly motivated, confident, high-energy; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people in the facility.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Job Summary
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitate a customer’s purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Work Schedule

Service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to build relationships with customers, support and develop the team and drive revenue.

- Act as the training ambassador and assist with new employee orientation, new product launch education and skill development of the team.
- Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed responsible for operational tasks for opening, closing, banking and security of the store.

The Guide provides exceptional customer service by creating a unique, inviting and multi-branded shopping experience for the Surterra Wellness customer. The Guide has true a passion for interacting with the public and takes pride in working for a world class cannabis company.
The successful candidate will meet customers where they are in their personal cannabis journey and be revered as an industry expert. In addition, the Guide will have integrity, be transparent and a team collaborator. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Service
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge, offering a full-service experience and/or simple service depending on the customer's needs.
- Positive representative of the Surterra Wellness brand, always demonstrating professionalism and poise.
- Support promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
- Attends all required meetings, training's and completes educational and developmental tools as assigned.
- Develops knowledge of industry trends to provide the best service possible and shares with the team.

Sales
- Provides the full Surterra Wellness customer service experience in store, delivering sales to meet and exceed KPIs.

Operations
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Immediately report any variances to a Manager or a HR partner.
- Maintains knowledge of all applicable state and local laws, as well as documentation processes in accordance with the State of Florida Office of Compassionate Use.
- Ensure all customer files are current and required documentation is on file and follows all guidelines issued by the State of Florida.
- Maintain customer database through entering new customers, adding or removing membership, updating changes in information, scheduling appointments and updating customer registration status.
- Maintain caregiver paperwork in accordance with the State of Florida; maintain tracking in system and communicating changes to physicians.
- Record and collaborate with team on preorders to ensure accurate order information and timely preparation of orders.
- Assists in execution of visual displays, merchandising and marketing standards ensuring the store is consistently replenished.

As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. You understand that the Fluent dispensary is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide exceptional customer service while meeting and/or exceed sales goals.
· Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum.

· Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s health conditions and needs
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
· Assist on deliveries as a Health Educator
· Conduct inventory count and sales reports.
· Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
· Follow up on all customer issues requiring additional research
· Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and fully understand the benefits of Medical Cannabis
· Communicate with Director of Retail Operations, General Manager and/or Customer Service Manager regarding status of issues, as applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
