We are a leading cannabis company operating in the Central California Area. We have multiple locations and are looking for a District Manager of Operations (possibly GM of one location as well). A District Manager of Operations is someone who can guide store managers in their day to day endeavors, successfully grow the store revenue, and develop their talent. The right candidate has experience leading multiple stores, ensuring customer satisfaction, and measuring financial performance.

The District Manager of Operations oversees day-to-day operations of the dispensaries, managing core areas (Security, Sales, Compliance, Inventory, Staff) and managing all strategies and tasks related to facilities, recruiting, logistics/purchasing, marketing, and finance. This position reports to and is accountable to the executive team.

This position provides leadership to all departments throughout the stores. They keep tight control of the senior management-approved budget and implement operations according to established policies and procedures. They are ultimately responsible for overall store appearance, cleanliness, comfort, functionality, safety, security, and the customer experience. Finally, this position takes ownership for employees’ strict adherence to laws and regulations concerning marijuana in the state of California.

Requirements:

• Must have substantial retail cannabis experience managing multiple stores
• 5-10+ years of cannabis experience, mainly in the retail area
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check
• Someone with strong purchasing knowledge and inventory management
• Live in area locally so able to travel to stores on a daily basis (Central CA area)

Compensation – 100-125K DOE plus bonus based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 /hour
