We are a cannabis delivery service out of Oakland seeking dependable applicants with excellent customer service skills and moderate knowledge of cannabis products to join our team as a delivery driver. Applicants must have a valid CA drivers license, clean DMV record and are expected to service patients and recreational cannabis users in the Oakland/San Francisco area while maintaining compliance with all local and state regulatory guidelines.

Company vehicle provided while making deliveries! MUST maintain clean driving record for employment eligibility!

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid California drivers license
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a clean DMV record (proof of good driving record is required)
• Must have no felony convictions
• Knowledge of marijuana strains (indica, sativa, hybrids), edibles, extracts, CBD products and current products on the market.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, honest , dependable and hardworking.
• Must comply with an extensive background check

Driver Responsibilities

You will be responsible for completing scheduled deliveries to customers in the Oakland and San Francisco area. Other responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

• Process and deliver customer orders using company approved software/apps and GPS.
• Package/Manage orders accurately, take cash payments and make accurate change.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, text and during in-person deliveries.
• Develop and maintain rapport with customers and other staff members.
• Ensure customer questions and/or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently and communicate with manager when needed.
• Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Experience/Education

• Driving history: 3 years (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Hours

• Part time & Full time positions available
• 25- 40 hours/ week
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and nights.
