Job Summary
Mellow Vibes is seeking an EXPERIENCED & enthusiastic, high-performing & driven Outside Sales Representative based in the Medford area. The ideal candidate is responsible for growing total sales volume within the assigned regional territory through servicing existing accounts and sourcing new sales opportunities with prospect retailers. Key Duties Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Aggressively prospect and close new accounts within the entire Medford and Southern Oregon Territory
- Service existing accounts by checking inventory levels, adding new products to their menu, evangelizing budtenders and perfecting brand displays
- Develop sales strategies in tandem with Marketing
- Develop strong rapport with retailer management, purchasing staff and budtenders to secure product orders and high visibility placement within the store.
- Perform regular, on-going product training to budtenders to educate on the Mellow Vibes product lines.
- Partner with Brand Ambassadors to schedule and execute retail promotional events that build customers’ brand awareness.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of products our business and the cannabis industry.

Oregon Water Resources Department
The Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD) seeks to hire two Assistant Watermasters (Natural Resource Specialist 2) to work in the South Central Region of the Field Services Division.
This position collects and processes basic hydrologic data necessary for managing Oregon's water resources including stream flow, groundwater and other climatic information. The Assistant Watermaster responds to water right disputes, informational inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and assists the region watermasters with water regulation and distribution. This position will directly contribute to meeting Recommended Action Items 1b (Improve Water Resources Data Collection and Monitoring), and 1c (Coordinate Inter-Agency Data Collection, Processing, and Use) of the State’s 2012-17 Integrated Water Resources Strategy.
The position assists the watermaster in making dam safety inspections, well construction inspections, surveying and mapping projects for water management purposes, and general office work. Duties also include quality assurance checking of data and reports, and transmitting data between the district office and Salem for all gaging stations located within their area of responsibility.
This position works closely with the Hydrographics Section in Salem and is responsible for equipment procurement requests, installation, and troubleshooting. This position works with other technical staff as needed, assisting with stream flow measurement improvement strategies, measurement of groundwater levels, flow meter readings, and providing assistance to Watermasters and other field staff as needed.
This position performs duties to promote customer service and harmonious working relationships, including treating all persons courteously and respectfully. This position engages in effective team participation through a willingness to assist and support co-workers, supervisors, and other work-related associates. This position develops good working relationships with other agency staff by accomplishing the agency mission and resolving problems in a constructive manner. What you will do
As a key member of our field division, you will:

Patriot Hemp Services is a growing hemp supply chain provider committed to helping hemp farmers be successful in an emerging industry. Our services include seed to oil and production of our in-house brand SynergyCBD+.
Our supply chain services include harvesting, drying, extraction, and a sales platform for farmers and investment groups.
SynergyCBD+ products are designed for health, wellness, and beauty products using CBD and other proven botanicals. Our goal is to get our products into the hands of the people who need them most.
We are growing fast, but our core values remain that we provide service with integrity.
Patriot Hemp Services is currently looking for a Sales Director to create a sales force, marketing plan and grow profitable mutual business partnerships with farmers and regional retailers on the West Coast. In addition to creating an online sales platform for SynergyCBD+ products.
This position will work out of our headquarters in Southern Oregon and is anticipated that significant travel to meet with retailers and distributors will occur.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
- Developing a sales team and strategic sales plan for brand and services
- Placement of brands in distributors and retailers
- Overall management and point of contact for the distributor and retailer partner relationship.
- Develop close and trusting relationships with decision makers and field sales personnel.
- Business plan development and execution to achieve goals and vendor scorecard objectives with assigned distributors and retailers
- Create and implement all aspects of distributor and retailer strategy and operations to enhance relationship and identify and execute against growth opportunities
- Cultivate new distributor and retailer relationships to gain additional points of distribution
- Ensure flawless execution at retail by working with distributor Territory Managers, retail field management, Store Managers and other partners in assigned geography
- Gain a thorough understanding of all of Patriot Hemp Services brands and services and stay on top of industry trends as “voice of your customer” internally for R&D of new products
BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- Thorough understanding of the hemp/cannabis industry and how distributors and retailers work
- Multiple years experience in sales management
- Knowledge of sales, operations and account management as it pertains to the retail channel
- Ability to work with many different personality types and levels within distributor and retailer organizations
- Ability to collaboratively work across Patriot Hemp Services to achieve common goals and internal alignment
- The desire to continue to grow and learn and uncover new opportunities
- Think strategically across brands and channels
- Detail orientation and great follow through
- Ability to listen and take direction
- Achieve goal oriented tasks and work with executive team to achieve common goals
