Job description
Store Manager to lead their team in its day-to-day operations. The manager’s main responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate transactions in the store. The manager must maintain records, control labor cost, facilitate contact with the Production Manager, embrace client education, and understand marketing. The manager will gather data with the help of the Retail GM and Production Manager to predict sales for the weeks ahead and make sure inventory is at appropriate levels. The Store Manager will schedule, coach, and motivate employees to maximize performance in customer service, revenue generation and daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. The manager will participate in bi-weekly manager meetings to discuss sales, up-coming promotions, and other issues as well as conducting monthly meetings with staff. Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Complete accurate weekly inventories
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of all assigned staff and make recommendations regarding hiring and advancing employees.

As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team.
