ROLE SUMMARY

As an Assistant General Manager, you inspire teams to deliver measurable results for the store. You lead a competitive sales force that discovers customers' needs and provides solutions to build and maintain Fluent brand loyalty. The staff you coach, teaches customers how to get the most out of medicinal cannabis. You build these lines of business by selecting and developing a knowledgeable talent pool. In addition, to team building, you create excitement around products, launches, programs, and initiatives. You're responsible for upholding our high standards regarding communication and confidentiality and driving your staff to create excellent customer experiences that enhance Fluent loyalty and help enrich patients' lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest services.
• Train, develop, and communicate with all staff and assess performance regularly.
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy
• Coordinating retail store operations (e.g., sales processes, order, and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Ensuring store schedules and goals are met by employees
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
• Ensure a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer's health conditions and needs
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken
• Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research
• Maintain adequate knowledge of the product guide and understanding the benefits of medical cannabis
• Suggest sales training programs and techniques
• Merchandises store as directed by visual guidelines and ensures that all stock is well maintained and in good condition.
• Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with Director of Retail Operations, General Manager and/or Customer Service Manager regarding status of issues

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position
• Previous experience with sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position assists with the management of all employees of the dispensary team and is responsible for leadership of the employees within its team.

Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 25 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. Days and hours of work vary based on schedule and company necessity.

TRAVEL

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Two+ years of sales experience in retail operations required

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

As a Curator, you are a salesperson and will be the first point of contact for our customers when they enter the store, you will help to create the energy and excitement around Fluent products, providing the right solutions and providing the knowledge needed for patients to safely use our products. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products that meet those needs. ROLE SUMMARY

This is a dual position, which primarily requires delivery duties as well as in dispensary duties. The ability to gather, load and deliver supplies, materials and products from the dispensary in accordance with customer needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys driving, and is comfortable working in a variety of business settings. While working in the dispensary understand that the Fluent is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you reviewing a doctors’ recommendation and with the support of your store team members, you match those needs with the right products. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn another FLUENT visitor into a loyal Fluent customer.

*During the first two weeks of employment, all new dispensary employees will be on a temporary paid training period pending background check and drug test results.*

DRIVER - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary focus pulls, packs, loads, unloads and delivers medications, supplies and basic equipment
• Completes required paperwork including, vehicle maintenance logs, and submits to appropriate personnel
• Complete a Multitude of Tasks in an Organized and Timely Fashion
• Operation of a light vehicle and carrying out operator maintenance.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including fuel and oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes and report any malfunction
• Report any suspicious/questionable observation regarding patient and or medication
• Verify that product loaded in the vehicle matches the daily delivery route
• Reach out to clients who will be receiving deliveries to provide an accurate ETA for delivery.

CURATOR - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell Fluent products to patients
• Increase dispensary, team and personal sales over a given continuum.
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
• Use available resources efficiently to assess the customer’s health conditions and needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 to 5 years of driving experience is required
• Previous experience with customer service desired
• Sales experience
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s License
• Class E Operator License (Non-Commercial)
• A clean driving record is a must
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
