JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. (The Full Time Dispensary Associate works 30-40 hours per week. This location is under a labor union which means wages, hours, and working conditions are subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store
- Guide customers through sales transactions while offering advice and knowledge as needed or requested
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked, displays and menus are up-to-date and accurate, and the store is well maintained
- Fulfill and pack customer orders and move completed orders from fulfillment areas to the sales floor for pick up
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedure
- Continuously develop product knowledge to offer customers the most up-to-date information and advice
- Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and over the phone
- Accurately use and maintain the point of sale (POS) system in person and over the phone
- Accurate cash handling, customer cart management, and ringing of customer transactions
- Accurate and timely data entry of customer
- Strive to achieve team and individual performance goals
- Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and required identification for customers
- Execute inventory, visual merchandising, marketing, customer service, or other in-store operations as directed by Store Leadership
- Report any observed inconsistencies or hazards to Store Leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe and inviting store environment
- Complete store opening and closing checklists
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Cannabis point of sale (POS) software a plus
- Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
- Willing to build understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures

JOB SUMMARY
The Parking Lot Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the parking lot operations and the execution of traffic management. The Parking Lot Supervisor will give daily direction for parking lot setup of signs and cones, ensure proper staffing for the designated lot condition, monitor/direct traffic, lead and supervise parking lot staff and lot attendants, ensure all equipment and signage is put away at the end of the day, conduct trainings for parking lot personnel, and provide input on performance of parking lot personnel. JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, managing traffic flow, and guiding customers to parking spaces. The Parking Lot Attendant will assist in releasing customers from surface parking lot(s) to the retail business. JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service to customers
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager
- Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently
- Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Management of visitor log
- End-of-day daily update emails
- Ensure accuracy with the vault
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations
- Daily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaints
- Open and closing procedures
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Cannabis experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong retail math skills required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ year in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
- Exceptional customer service skills

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Dispensary Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and gain and understanding of dispensary inventory and products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service to customers
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager
- Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently
- Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Management of visitor log
- End-of-day daily update emails
- Ensure accuracy with the vault
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations
- Daily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaints
- Open and closing procedures
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Cannabis experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong retail math skills required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ year in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
- Exceptional customer service skills

Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the VP of Retail Marketing will develop and lead the execution of the AWH retail marketing strategy enterprise-wide including development, communication, and tactical execution of all marketing plans that will improve brand awareness, build guest experience, and drive consumer engagement to drive traffic including loyalty, sales, and protect margin. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead location specific strategies, promotion development, promotional execution, micro social activation, micro consumer service fulfillment, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, merchandising, openings/remodel support, design support, and wholesale support.
- Responsible for development, management, and analysis of all retail marketing initiatives
- Co-develop the brand presence in store to optimal guest experience
- Provide thought leadership and support in the evolution and integration of the retail business

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The Full Time Dispensary Associate works 30-40 hours per week and the Part time Dispensary associate works 15-29 Hours per week. This location is under a labor union which means wages, hours, and working conditions are subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store
- Guide customers through sales transactions while offering advice and knowledge as needed or requested

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of dispensary (retail store) and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Dispensary Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities and gain and understanding of dispensary inventory and products. This location is under a labor union which means wages, hours, and working conditions are subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service to customers
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Assistant Manager and General Manager
- Assist all Dispensary Associates in the consultation of all customers to ensure that the employee is informed of the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect customers differently
- Complete and appropriately delegate tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry in both the POS system and inventory tracking system
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Ensure adherence with security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Management of visitor log
- End-of-day daily update emails
- Ensure accuracy with the vault
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations
- Daily activities, maintenance, and data collection for any reported issues and/or complaints
- Open and closing procedures
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with the management team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Cannabis experience required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong retail math skills required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ year in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
- Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures
- Must pass any and all required background checks

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the cannabis purchasing experience, making informed recommendations based on customer's desired outcomes, provide informed and accurate descriptions of our products, and operate with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The Full Time Dispensary Associate works 30-40 hours per week. Part Time Dispensary Associates work between 15-29 hours a week. This location is under a labor union which means wages, hours, and working conditions are subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining operational integrity and compliance throughout the store
- Guide customers through sales transactions while offering advice and knowledge as needed or requested
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked, displays and menus are up-to-date and accurate, and the store is well maintained
- Fulfill and pack customer orders and move completed orders from fulfillment areas to the sales floor for pick up
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedure
- Continuously develop product knowledge to offer customers the most up-to-date information and advice
- Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and over the phone
- Accurately use and maintain the point of sale (POS) system in person and over the phone
- Accurate cash handling, customer cart management, and ringing of customer transactions
- Accurate and timely data entry of customer
- Strive to achieve team and individual performance goals
- Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and required identification for customers
- Execute inventory, visual merchandising, marketing, customer service, or other in-store operations as directed by Store Leadership
- Report any observed inconsistencies or hazards to Store Leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe and inviting store environment
- Complete store opening and closing checklists
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills

The Assistant Manager, in cooperation with the Leadership Team, General Manager and other ASM's, is responsible for the execution of the retail store - best-in-class customer experiences with efficient sales operations that drive profitable top line sales. - Oversee execution and maintenance of all retail operations, including workforce management, inventory reconciliation and technology solutions – Devices as well as Website, POS, Loyalty
- Work with the Security and Compliance to ensure operations are to state regulations while making sure all diversion/theft/loss prevention security policies and practices are being followed
- Foster positive and productive relationships with key regulators, inspectors, and law enforcement personnel.
- Maintain a consistent focus on customer loyalty and create engaging and resonant customer experiences.
- Ensure that store appearance is in line with corporate standards.
- Oversee, Influence, and sign off on purchasing from our wholesale partners.
