SHIFT LEAD JOB DESCRIPTION
- ROLE SUMMARY:
Shift Leads serve as liaisons between the front of house operations and the management team and are essentially sales floor managers, overseeing the operations and helping assist wherever is needed. Shift Leads are responsible for ensuring staff are at proper posts and remain on task, managing staff break times, stocking inventory, updating menus, stocking cash drawers with adequate change, and trouble-shooting any tech or customer problems before bringing them to management. Shift Lead employees are also responsible for receiving and processing inventory when needed or assigned by management, and may occasionally be assigned patient advocate shifts depending on staffing needs of the store. Shift Lead employees are expected to be capable of performing all patient advocate duties and to possess competent leadership skills, intimate knowledge and understanding of all relevant laws and regulations, and to be detail-oriented and well organized to ensure smooth and compliant operations throughout the day.
Additionally, Shift Leads that are focused on Inventory, will be responsible for ensuring the store’s inventory is accurate and compliant. They will assist the management team with researching and solving discrepancies as well as staff training on proper procedures. They will partner with the corporate team and communicate as needed.

Additionally Shift Leads that are focused on Operations will be responsible for ensuring the store’s menu and on-line presence is accurate, complete and maintains brand standards of our company and its partners. - ROLE DETAILS:
DESIRED EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: 3+ years retail/service management experience or 1+ years cannabis dispensary experience preferred College degree preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: Understanding of Metrc seed-to-sale tracking Understanding of all relevant regulations necessary to safely perform job duties Knowledge of Point of Sale software systems, cannabis-specific software preferred Experienced with cash handling and management Competence in all typical business software applications such as Google Suite & Microsoft Office, knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
SCHEDULE & HOURS: 40 hours/week, Full Time status Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed. DAILY JOB FUNCTIONS: Sales floor management including stocking, menu management, staff schedule and break oversight, customer service, product delivery intake and processing Serve as a liaison between management team and all other associates of the team

Budtender
The responsibilities of the Budtender include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns. You will be trained to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
To be successful as a Budtender, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in cannabis laws to maintain legal compliance. Budtender Responsibilities:

Job Description
The responsibilities of the Budtenders within the dispensary broadly embrace the key areas described below. The most critical role is to ensure outstanding customer service and cannabis knowledge within our medical use cannabis dispensary. Working within a team, the budtenders are the point of contact for all patients/customers at our dispensary. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to assess our customers’ needs and providing detailed information about our products is required. Our budtenders will assist in developing the dispensary’s brand: you will be required to deliver the dispensary’s customer service standards and to exceed our customers’ expectations. The budtender will report administratively to the General Manager and functionally to the Assistant Manager(s), under the supervision of the General Manager.
Duties:
1. Provides high level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations.
2. Accountable for accurately utilizing the Point of Sale system and inventory management
3. Follows and executes compliant practices adhering in accordance with state regulations and the dispensary’s standard operating procedures.
4. Promotes a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and rooted in education
5. Provides support in customer interactions
6. Fulfills any tasks that were given to them by management in an efficient and effective manner

Qualifications:

We are now offering PRP and Stem Cell injections for regenerative healthcare.
