Quintessence Health and Wellness is a Med Spa/Health and Wellness center located in Draper and Layton Utah. At both locations, we do a variety of different services like: Botox, Dermal Filler, IV Hydration, Medical Cannabis Cards, Ketamine Treatments and many more. We are wanting to expand our ketamine services to the Layton area.

This is a part time position. 4-5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. Starting pay is $50 for every completed infusion, with a 3 month trial period. After trial period, a reassessment will determine if we keep you as well as a chance of increased pay. This is w2 position.

This Job would have the following duties:

Weighing and recording patients weight

Consulting with medical direct and pulling the correct dose.

Placing an IV in patient

Recording patients vitals

Requirements:

Needs to be proficient at placing IV’s.

Needs to have a gentle bed side manner.

Needs to be able to follow the protocol laid out by the clinic medical director.

Needs to be willing to learn and become proficient with: Patient Now

Needs to speak, read, and write English fluently (bi-lingual a plus)

We are looking for someone to guide patients through their ketamine infusion sessions. This is a part time position. 5-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. Remote options available. Must have appropriate credentials including CSW, LCSW, CMFT, LCMFT, LMHC, LCP, or equivalent certification/license)

It is required that the guide/therapist can demonstrate understanding of and sensitivity towards issues of cultural diversity including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, gender expression, weight, and size.

· Guide patients while they are in a ketamine infusion session and monitor patients progress during treatment

Position Summary

Cedar Psychiatry (in Layton and Draper) is looking for a compassionate individual who is devoted to treating patients through a variety of innovative psychotherapeutic methods. Must be able to maintain interdisciplinary treatment by reviewing and evaluating treatment plans, as well as monitoring the effects of medications. Ability to maintain historical records and correctly document symptoms, medications, and treatment events.

Qualifications:

· Licensed in state of practice

· Strong functional knowledge of general psychiatric principles and practices

· Maintain license void of personal and/or personal misconduct.

· Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
