Inventory Manager - for an Adult-use retail dispensary in Blackstone, MA
Candidate must have MA cannabis industry experience and be an expert using Metric and Leaf Logix. You will be responsible for developing the systems and methods to run the vault, inventory management system, update the SOPs, and manage the inventory/fulfillment team of 6-10 people and prepare for the Grand Opening in approximately early February.
Company Profile:
A Massachusetts based adult-use cannabis retail dispensary opening the first of three stores in southeast MA seeking an Inventory Manager to manage the inventory/fulfillment team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Attention to detail: daily audits and reporting
- Opening/closing responsibilities
- Trustworthy: cash management
- Responsible and Reliable: manage a team; training, hiring
- Compliance focus: responsible for all inventory in/out
- Ideally: previous experience in MA retail cannabis dispensaries: Metrc and Leaf Logix, Word, Excel, etc.

Required Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
