Will assist labor related to the cultivation process. They will take direction from the Garden Manager and execute the cultivation strategy in accordance with all in house SOP’s and recipes. Essential Responsibilities Cloning for each production cycle, transplanting of cuttings and vegetative plants, defoliating plants of all stages, plant training, hand watering, foliar feeding. Harvesting and processing of finished plants, cleaning, room maintenance, waste disposal and record keeping. Mixing and dosing nutrients for fertigation purposes. Maintain a positive and cohesive team environment. Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.47 - $15.75 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batesville, MS: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
