Cannabis Job Description Budtender Jobs

We are seeking a part-time experienced Budtender to start immediately at our location that will work up to full time who is looking for long-term employment.

You must have previous Budtending experience. Know the OLCC laws and regulations, products, be friendly, posses attention to detail and be able to take direction well.

Bud tenders assist both the Store Manager as well as Lead Budtenders with the operations and sales of the store.

You must follow all policies, procedures, State and Local Laws. Our Budtenders are the face of our company. You will be responsible for helping customers, listening to what they are needing, answering questions, handling cash, paying attention to the sales floor and products, stocking and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment

• Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well

maintained

• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures

• Maintain product knowledge

• Greeting customers warmly when they enter

• Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system in person and for fufilling

online orders.

• Correct cash handling and discount application, math skills

• Verifying proper manifests, documentation and ID for customers

• Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

• Time Management Skills

• Internet Browser Knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and a team-player mentality, NO DRAMA

• Fun attitude and strong work ethic, you must be reliable and have an open flexible schedule

• Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma

Current OLCC Marijuana Worker’s Permit - You must have this.

Have open availability 7 days a week between 7:00am to 8:00pm

Starting Hourly pay is $12hr plus tips

30 Probationary Period
