TRYKE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Inventory Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage inventory control, maintain product data and rectify miscalculations. You will lead the dispensary in the day-to-day flow of product within the retail business operations. You will maintain accurate product levels through the administration of daily inventories, audit completions, and strategically stocking the showroom. You are an ambassador for our company and represent the very best we offer.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Work in coordination with Inventory Manager on store shipment schedule.
- Process inbound shipment of inventory including breaking down boxes and returning bins.
- Quickly learn and become proficient tin the state Seed-to-Sale tracking system, Metrc.
- Control inventory flow to the sales floor within BioTrack and Metrc
- Observe stock levels for day-to-day business needs.
- Organize order assembly room, vault and stock areas to maintain best practices.
- Routinely audit products for pricing issues in BioTrack.
- Coordinate with Daily Inventory Reports to audit report findings.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of state regulations regarding marijuana products.
- Assist in updating store display menus, on-line menus, etc.
- Assist in prepping displays and maintaining proper display rotation.
- Meet all project goals and conforming to specifications and project budget.
- Organize test results and inventory receiving documents.
- Support role to Assistant Team Lead and Team Lead.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
- Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures.
- Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and retail inventory.
- Report for work on all assigned workdays and report on time with a positive attendance record
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet)
- Able to life 40+ pounds without restriction.

- at least 6 months of previous inventory control experience.

The ability to distinguish letters and symbols, as well as the ability to utilize telephones, computer terminals, calculators, and copiers is required.
