Cannabis Inventory Clerk Pasadena Jobs

Job Purpose:

This position directs and coordinates receiving, processing, and storing of inventory. The individual will be versed in all inventory control procedures to prevent loss through expiration, diversion and other issues related to commercial cannabis handling and processing. The successful individual will have experience in a fast paced ever changing industry with an exceptional work ethic, strong communication and customer service skills for both the internal and external client, and strong observation skills. The Inventory Clerk also helps maintain visual integrity and store cleanliness (including upholding COVID-19 prevention procedures) to further elevate the customer experience in addition to any other tasks assigned.

Deliverables:

• Monitor stock levels and product cycles

• Maintain back of house inventory organization in compliance with SF and BCC policies.

• Update internal databases and METRC with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

• Ensure physical inventory discrepancies are within established guidelines

• Champions and implement all company operational and inventory initiatives.

• Create POs and intake orders

• Liaise with vendor delivery partners

• Maintain updated records of invoices, COAs and contracts

• Oversee product wasting and ensure management signoff

• Maintain pricing and photos on online platforms to ensure accuracy

• Ensure audit compliance

• Work closely and professionally with the front of house and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
