Position Summary:
The Charlotte’s Web creative in-house agency based in Boulder, CO is looking for a talented integrated creative with a background in copywriting for our Integrated Creative Manager, Copy (agency equivalent Sr. to Mid-Level Copywriter) position. This person should be an experienced creative across a range of mediums in order to fulfill the Charlotte’s Web brand and suite of brands’ (CBD Medic, CBD Clinic, Harmony Hemp) purpose driven mission.
As the Integrated Creative Manager, Copy, this person will be responsible for concept development of campaigns, ads, brand tone, and overall copywriting based tasks and projects. This role will report to the Senior Integrated Creative Manager, Art & Design and the Director of Integrated Marketing (Head of Creative). You’ll work with alongside art directors, designers, developers, and brand managers across multiple channels to help bring briefs to life.
NOTE: Position long term will be based out of our Headquarters in Boulder, CO. As of now this can be remote during the current pandemic situation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own overall language creation, consistency and messaging for portfolio of brands and content
- Proof copy and edit copy across projects
- Execute copy best practices across emails, web, film scripts, print ads, radio, digital ads, shopper marketing and content articles
- Create and execute breakthrough creative content and campaigns
- Drive awareness, traffic and conversion to eCommerce and retail channels through breakthrough creative
- Collaborate cross functionally to solve and complete briefs
- Develop creative content through the pre- and post-production process across different mediums
- Create high-volume and quality ideas to meet the fast-paced CBD industry
- Push the boundaries of creativity on CPG, CBD and health and wellness marketing and advertising
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field a plus
- 3 years+ experience in a creatively led agency/studio or in-house agency
- CPG, Health and Wellness and Hemp/Cannabis related experience is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- An impressive media-agnostic portfolio of work
- Experience with film shoots, post production and VO record sessions
- Is up to date on social and digital trends and platform best practices
- Has the ability to engage people through storytelling and interactive concepts
- Has a pulse on pop culture and what’s relevant in people’s lives
- Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate and sell creative work and strategy to internal stakeholders both orally and in writing
- General understanding of creative agency workflow
- Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deliverables
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders and stay focused on timely deliverables
- Must be able to work independently
- Keen attention to detail
- Has an understanding of business goals and how they translate to creative opportunity and results driven content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities and regulations
- Self-motivated and opportunistic, doesn’t need to wait for direction to start a task. Makes things happen

Compensation:
$89,500 - $149,600
