Position Summary:
Vuber Technologies is looking for someone to join its ever-expanding sales team in cannabis, one of the nation’s fastest growing industries. Individuals that apply should be experienced, positive, self-motivated, results driven, and client focused. As a Vuber Technologies Inside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will revolve around finding new clients for our sales team. This is a heavy phone and email focused position that would be working out of our Headquarters in downtown Spokane, WA. The inside sales representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the sales team successful. Additionally, this role will include proactive prospecting and will email and make calls to potential dispensary and distributor customers. Expect to be making 50-100 calls / day or shift worked. Setting appointments for our outside sales representatives throughout the United States is also part of the job position. This position will at times require work in our shipping and receiving department as well as processing and handling warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Included but not limited to):
- Documents sales communication utilizing HubSpot CRM
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite
- Holds self-accountable for all sales goals
- Resolves client issues in partnership with management
- A friendly, team-oriented and "can-do" attitude
- Phone calls, emails, text messaging, social media, and social networking to prospective clients.
- Responsible for creating new sale relationships
- Actively pursues opportunities to promote the brand
- Fosters client relationships to support business initiatives & mutual growth
- Complies with company policies
- Always embodies integrity, person-ability & professionalism
- Required to maintain knowledge of product lines as well as competitor's product lines
- Accountable for all monetary handling (checks, credit cards, wire transfers, etc.)
- Participates in industry shows and vendor days at retail stores as needed
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect

Qualifications:
- Experience in Cannabis and Sales of 1+ years.
- Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software including proficiency in HubSpot is highly preferred
- Education Required: High School diploma. Associates degree or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Experience with any CRM. Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong communication skills on the phone, emails, texting, prospecting through social media, and in person.
- High degree of detail orientation
- Knowledge of cannabis products, trends, and experience in the cannabis industry is highly desired. Understanding of vaping, cartridges, and 510 batteries.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
