Roles ResponsibilitiesTrust

- De-leafing, Pruning and, cleaning up Bottoms on plants.

- Cleaning and general maintenance around the Grow.

Required work experience.

- Cultivation experience is mandatory (3 or more years of experience is mandatory).

- Knowledge in Automated Fertigation/ Salt Based Nutrients.

- OLCC Marijuana Workers permit is required.

Mandatory attire

Close-toed shoes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

GROW HAND

We are seeking a part time Grow Hand with availability to provide weekend coverage for an indoor farm in SE Portland. Individuals who possess a good work ethic, with hands on plant experience will be an excellent fit for this position.

The Grow Hand will be responsible for assisting with scheduled watering, looking over plants for signs of deficiency, mixing feed and monitoring environmental data.

Please provide a brief cover letter or summary of your experience, along with growing techniques or nutrients you are familiar with, and a description of what makes you a good fit for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience assisting with indoor cannabis cultivation
• Open availability

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing weekend coverage, as well as some coverage during the week for plant health maintenance, to include scheduled tasks such as watering, mixing nutrients, monitoring plant health and reviewing environmentals.
• Responsible for assisting with harvests, pruning, cleaning and other scheduled tasks

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to accommodate frequent bending, lifting and kneeling to accomplish daily tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
