Dutchman's Trading Company is a rapidly expanding cannabis supply chain management, sales, sourcing, and marketing TEAM. We are seeking a high energy, positive, self-motivated professional, with a hunger for growth as a part of implementation team. We need someone who can communicate effectively over the phone, with excellent customer service skills. We work with HUBSPOT as our CRM, so CRM experience preferred. Must be able commute to headquarters office building in Port of Tacoma area, at minimum 3 days a week. You will be required to make a total 200 cold calls per day, to reach out to prospect Licensees. In efforts to acquire data, provide analytics of that data in a daily reporting, to then log said data as required. Efficient time management is a must, to complete tasks and meet deadlines. You will need to be able to comprehend our Pre-Marketing Plan, to then operate in accordance with said plan structure. You have to be the type of person who likes a challenge, and isn't bothered by being told “no.” We are looking for those with solid sales experience. An extensive knowledge of cannabis products, and license types, is also a must for this position as it will ensure success. We are currently operating in 6 states, and our implementation team will be the nucleus that allows us to scale to goal by the end of the year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
