You will represent Highly Concentr8ed brand and have a critical role in contributing to the growth of our company by bringing on new accounts and growing existing ones. We will provide you with the training on our cannabis and hemp products.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesperson to join our company to build our wholesale sales channel for Delta 8 THC, HHC, THCO, THC-P and minor cannabinoids such as CBD, CBN, CBG, ect. Your job will be to sell Highly Concentr8ed products to various wholesale clients consisting of mainly smoke shops, CBD stores, and alternative health stores.
The ideal candidate will enjoy building great relationships, listening to our wholesale partners, winning new accounts, cultivating more sales from current accounts, educating our retail partners about our products and growing sales both locally and nationwide. The job will include selling to our community, inbound leads and generating new accounts from cold leads and local shops. You will be supported by our marketing and customer support teams.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, driven, with a proven track record in sales and building relationships.
Duties:
- Ability to close sales and turn them into repeat and loyal partners/customers.
- Build and manage your prospecting pipeline of new accounts through: our company's current contacts, prospect target accounts, references, trade shows, in-person meetings, walking into local shops and cold calling.
- Travel to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Present, promote and educate accounts on why to buy Highly Concentr8ed products using compelling language to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide feedback and ideas for how to improve sales within various channels.
- Attention to detail, be able to think quickly on your feet and improvise appropriately when needed.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales funnel through a CRM System to provide accurate, reliable reports and forecasts for individual sales pipeline
- Focus on meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and milestones
- Ability to travel to meet customers / clients within the area and attend sales events or exhibits.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of sales experience.
- 1-2 years selling supplements and natural products to health professionals, pharmacies and natural product stores
- Any experience selling CBD or THC products.
- Local to the Sarasota / Tampa area
- Strong sales skills are a must and self motivated
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Knowledge of Hemp CBD industry and other supplement/nutraceutical products is a must
- Self motivated
- Highly organized with good follow up

Compensation
Bonus pay based on direct sales and accounts opened
