A dynamic, highly motivated associate possessing 3-8 years of experience is the ideal candidate. Excellent written and oral communication and analytical thinking skills are required. The associate will advise and handle client matters involving transactional, corporate, contract, employment and regulatory work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
