Health and Wellness Advisor

Job Summary:

To serve as a knowledgeable advisor to both our medical patients and our recreational guests. To understand and provide accurate information of our products and the benefits our products offer. Providing excellent customer service to our guests to ensure a positive experience during their time at our dispensary.

Our Health and Wellness Advisor are the face of The Herbal Care Center. They create meaningful connections every day and make a difference in our patient’s/consumers lives.

As a Health and Wellness Advisor, you will personally connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of our patients/guests – even if just for a few moments. Your work at The Herbal Care Center goes beyond dispensing Medical and Adult Use Cannabis; it’s about creating a human bond with every guest, each and every time!

Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):

• Check in Medical Patients and guests into our POS system.
• Sort and count Showroom inventory in the morning and the evenings with your peers each day before and after your shift.
• Serve as an expert advisor to all of our guests who have questions or concerns about products they are interested in.
• Help to resolve any issues patients or guests may have while visiting our dispensary.
• Be a source of comfort to new guests who may be experiencing the cannabis industry for the first time.

Credentials and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
• Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• All applicants must be fingerprinted and must pass a full background check.
• Knowledge of what Medical and Adult Use cannabis is and its various strains are a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to make it to work on time every day.

Starting Salary: $16.00/hour with increases every six months.
