Position summery:

Indoor Greenhouse Grow

• You have to able to lift up to 60 lbs
• quick learner
• fast working pace
• ability to take orders
• work well under pressure.

MUST HAVE A BADGE issued by Marijuana Enforcement Division.

Must be able to identify or willing to learn how to identify pests and plant diseases. Such as insects and fungi, identifying mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.

• keeps flower strain specific as well as license specific for rec.
• needs to be able to record the waste and be able to dispose it properly.
• checks flower quality to ensure standards are being met.
• monitors curing, burping, drying techniques.

This job operates in a warehouse environment. For this role you will routinely use standard growing equipment, and in order to control cannabis responsibly you will use gloves, utensils for growing and knowledge how to operate a scale required.

Education:

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: * Cultivation: 1 year (required/preferred)

• MED Badge (Required)
