Cannabis Grower 15 18 Start Room Advance Jobs

We are a wholesale recreational cultivation company operating two licenses in Pueblo county. We have both indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse growing areas.

We are Currently seeking to fill out crews with skilled, responsible, and mature individuals who can check their ego at the door and assist in growing in as drama-free an environment as possible.

Since we operate in small tight knit team there is tremendous room for advancement. If you can show you are willing to show up, work well, and take on more responsibilities successfully you will move up. Prior growing experience and the ability and willingness to learn new cultivation methods is a must.

Duties include:

• Plant care- Uppotting, trellising, spraying, transferring, defoliating.
• Assisting with harvest.
• Maintaining clean grow. This includes routine cleaning of growing equipment and supplies that are reused for multiple cycles. We all clean here.
• Assisting with other tasks as they arise

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience growing, trimming, and caring for marijuana plants.
• Must be able to work consistently and independently when required
• Must possess the physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required at a farm
• Must be accountable, proactive, patient and pay strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate with integrity and honesty
• Ability to work in a focused, quick, and efficient manner
• Must possess valid MED badge
• Must be trustworthy and hardworking
• Must have reliable transportation
• Professional references required
