Job Duties
- Manage and maintain grow house protocols with a small team of highly effective employees.
- Analyze and catalog each individual strain from clone to harvest.
- Implement solid preventative measures against contaminants.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment.
- Follow the directions of the Master Grower and management to maintain plant health.
- Hand Trimming of Cannabis Flowers.
- All other Cannabis Cultivation related duties.
Skills/Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Horticulture or related degrees a plus.
- Greenhouse, Horticulture, Agriculture background and experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check with no drug-related or violent felonies as required by the state of California.
- Large scale or industrial cultivation a plus.
