Cannabis Grow Facility Office Manager Jobs

Description:

We are looking for an office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety within our operations, and cultivation teams.

Responsibilities:

-Lead site through continuous operational improvement

-Comfortable with the ambiguity of an evolving environment, love a challenge, and help with a positive mindset to flourish and adjust to expectations; reacting and adjusting quickly to changing conditions and coming up with solutions

-Administrative duties include and are not limited to: scanning, processing receipts and sales orders, depositing checks, ordering supplies, running errands

-Motivate, train and manage team of trimmers and growers

-Responsible for analyzing potential products to recommend to vendors, perform product purchases

-Monitor and evaluate supply base, recommend products as needed

-Monitor and manage inventory levels in METRC

-Communicate with upper management

-Maintain office condition and arranging necessary repairs, ensuring facility is operating at maximum potential

-Establish and maintain relationships with various vendors (dispensaries, transport, local businesses)

-Support with on-boarding process

-Assist in METRC reconciliation and compliance

-Maintain work schedule for all employees

-Ensure team has all necessary supplies and resources for efficient operation

Education and Experience

-Prior cannabis experience/knowledge of the workings of a cannabis grow facility is preferred (i.e. plant cycles, working plants through propagation, vegetative, flower, and harvest)

-Familiar with cannabis software (LeafLink, METRC)

-Familiar with Excel

-A positive attitude
