Cannabis Greenhouse Laborer Packaging Technician Jobs

LSL Management, LLC (“LSL” or “company”) is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. LSL has been awarded licensing to operate a cultivation facility. We aim to produce the highest quality medical marijuana and related manufactured/edible products at our state-of-the-art facilities which will be distributed to our retail dispensaries in the St. Louis, MO region.

We are looking for a Greenhouse Laborer to join our medical cannabis farm with a state-of-the-art greenhouse and state-of-the-art equipment. You must be able to complete the duties described below.

In this role you will….

• Work indoors, outdoors, and in the greenhouse
• Perform housekeeping and landscaping duties
• Perform plant and facility maintenance
• Transplant seedlings
• Harvest
• Cure
• Trin
• Sort, weigh, and pre-pack flower

You should apply If...

• You are 21 years of age or older
• Have carpentry, HVAC, maintenance, or handyman experience
• Have a reliable means of transportation
• Are able to work as a team
• Are able to frequently lift and bend
• Are able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Are able to stand for long periods of time
• Are able to obtain an Agent ID card through the Department of Health and Senior Services
