Cannabis General Manager For Fresno Retail Store Jobs

Hiring an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager for The Artist Tree cannabis retail store in Fresno, CA.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee cannabis retail service
• Oversee daily operations in retail and lounge spaces, including employee management
• Build rapport with customers and foster approachable and welcoming store environment
• Utilize previous experience to motivate staff and achieve sales goals
• Manage onsite cash through strict cash handling protocols
• Review financial reports and budgets
• Manage labor and other operating expenses
• Analyze sales data and consumer trends to tailor product offerings, pricing and promotions
• Manage POS and track-and-trace systems
• Coordinate in store events and community outreach programs
• Manage in store security systems and security personnel
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures
• Maintain compliance with local and state cannabis regulations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, restaurant, or other hospitality management experience
• 2+ years of experience in licensed cannabis business preferred
• Highly adaptable to a variety of job functions
• Previous business launch experience preferred
• Knowledge of employment and labor policies preferred

The Artist Tree provides unique destinations for cannabis exploration and art. Our flagship store is located on Santa Monica Blvd. in the heart of West Hollywood, with a consumption lounge space on the 2nd floor now open! With two other locations in the Koreatown and Beverly Grove neighborhoods and a third operation in Riverside, CA. Our locations blend together local art exhibits, cannabis cultivation, retail, and delivery. We are currently seeking General Manager candidates for our Fresno location.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
