Cannabis Gardener Horticulturist Grower Jobs

The Effortless Garden is a small sustainable landscape design, build, and garden care company. We focus on native plantings, edible gardens, low impact installation, cannabis, organic garden care and fine gardening.

We are looking for a few self motivated people to work with other gardeners as well as independently. The position has potential for growth as we are expanding.

The ideal candidate has an extreme attention to detail as well as an understanding of how to manage their time while they work. They also have a good base knowledge of plants and plant care and a real desire to learn about horticulture. Our customer base is primarily along the rt 2 corridor from Harvard to Concord, though we usually spend a day in one location. We design, plan, and tend everything from historic estate gardens and vegetable gardens to orchards. Transportation and timeliness is a must.
