Cannabis Full Time Packaging Technician Immediate Hiring Jobs

We are a fully licensed Cannabis Manufacturing Facility looking for Immediate Full-time hires for Packaging Technicians.

Shifts for Hire:

1st Shift (6am-2:30 pm) IMMEDIATE HIRE

2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm) IMMEDIATE HIRE

This position is responsible for assisting in the production of edible treats, drinks, pre-rolls, vape and other co-packaging. This candidate will be trained on all machinery and processes associated with the production, assembly, and packaging. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, great time management, critical thinking, and dependability.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate with management to ensure proper, compliant, and efficient product assembly and packaging

• Perform tasks with great efficiency over a 8 hour work period without losing quality

• Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products

• Use good judgment and communication in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind

• Practice good housekeeping habits and GMP

• Maintains a clean, safe, compliant work area

• Flexibility and the ability to adjust work schedules according to production needs.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older

• Ability to work Nights and Early Mornings Full-time

• Comfortable with Repetitive Tasks

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods

• Ability to use basic math skills reliably (ie. count, add and subtract)

• Ability to read, understand and follow SOP’s, directions, etc.

• Self Motivated and able to keep up with a steady work pace while striving to meet goals

• Flexible - able to change processes and sometimes hours as needed to meet timelines.

• Good Attendance Record

Desired Requirements:

• Experience in Production line, Factory, Assembly line or Line Cooking

• Demonstrated ability to use Basic Math or greater

• Comfortable working in a highly regulated business and growing industry

• Previous Cannabis Experience (Preferred not required)

Wage:

Starting rate is $18/hr.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

• Berkeley, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
