We are looking to add to our fulfillment team with a motivated and organized Logistics/Fulfillment Lead. The increased production had led to explosive growth and we need 1 new team member in this department. Previous management/logistics/fulfillment experience is ideal. In either case we look forward to guiding you and being a partner with you as you learn our processes. As the Fulfillment/Logistics Lead you will oversee a fulfillment team that packages our cannabis, creates and packages joints and other products that we develop. You will work hand in hand with the Sales Team and Director of Operations to ensure all logistics and fulfillment of the product goes smoothly. This is a fast pace, par driven environment. Must have years of Metrc experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Metrc oversight and administration for the entire seed to sale process
- Exclusive management of all package tags and manifests in Metrc
- Leaflink oversight
- Training of departments on Metrc and Leaflink
- Metrc weekly auditing and reconciliation
- Assisting harvest team in Denver and Boulder to produce accurate weekly inventory
- Fulfillment and logistics of finished flower and pre packaged units to customers
- Quality inspection and assurance of all product prior to transfer of sale
- Coordinating all pick ups and deliveries
- Working directly with sales team to ensure that all flower is allocated, sold and delivered, without discrepancies, to the client
- Creating, tracking and ensuring timely deliveries of all test samples in Denver facility based on strict perpetual calendar
- Overseeing and assisting test sample process in Boulder based on strict perpetual calendar
- Overseeing and assisting quality control procedures are adhered to in Boulder
- Providing audit analysis and specified reports to high level management on a weekly and monthly basis
- Ensuring all supplies are in stock and/or ordered for your department
- Keeping all items in your department organized efficiently for a seamless transition to others within your department
- Keeping your space clean and sanitized morning and night.
- Attending weekly production meetings on Fridays and other meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Meticulous and strong eye for detail
- Ability and desire to work as a team
- Previous work experience with trimming cannabis, weighing cannabis and/or packaging cannabis.
- Proficient in METRC
- Proficient in Spreadsheets
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years or older*
- Possess a current MED badge
- Prior experience in a cannabis packaging/processing department
- Knowledge of METRC a must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience working an assembly line
