Job Description:

Ooze Wholesale is a market leader in the smoke shop supply, dispensary, and convenience industry we are a one-stop-shop for vaporizers, organic rolling papers, torches, cartridges, grinders, and just about any other type of smoking accessory you can think of, all at extremely competitive prices. Ooze Wholesale is the exclusive distributor for Ooze, King Palm Wraps, Truweigh Scales, Green Monkey Grinders, and Loud Lock Packaging. Our Headquarters in Oak Park, MI has recently been renovated and expanded opening up a new and exciting position in our Showroom. We are looking for a Front Desk Brand Ambassador to welcome and greet our local wholesale customers and visitors, assist in other customer service duties and act as a Brand Ambassador by participating in occasional modeling, promotional demonstrations, industry events and other fun and exciting projects for our marketing department to promote brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors in our Showroom

• Participate in promotional duties such as demonstrating and modeling products.

• Assist in responding to Oozelife.com customer service platforms such as social media, contact forms, and emails.

• Assist in processing warranty exchanges.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed in a company that is constantly evolving.

• Occasional travel and/or weekend industry events (for example Hash Bash and Cannabis Cup)

Skills/qualifications needed for this position:

• Knowledge of Cannabis culture and products/smoke shop and dispensary items

• Professionalism, customer service focused

• Prior experience working in a promotional/modeling/brand ambassador capacity helpful.

• Written & verbal communication skills

• General PC knowledge - experience with Microsoft Office, internet, and social media.
