Cannabis Fertigation Tech Ipm Salt Specialist Jobs

Good Day Farm is growing fast! We are looking for additional team members to join the Fertigation and IPM Team. The candidates will be a part of a qualified team of individuals who are passionate about the Cannabis Industry.

Essential Functions

IPM - Integrated Pest Management

• Oversees and carries out chemical, physical, and cultural pest management practices that include sprays, hanging traps, and the spreading of beneficial bugs when needed
• Must be able to carry 50lbs
• Must wear a respirator and a Tyvek suit

Fertigation

• Make mixes and feed all potted plants
• Must be able to follow a strict recipe and schedule with the plants
• Will check every room daily
• Keeping stations and water room clean

Salt Specialist (fertigation)

• Part of the Fertigation team
• Duties include following the recipes for each week's mix and weighing the mixes out, bagging them up, and preparing them for the rest of the team
• Keeping track of the inventory of feeds, and keeping up with the schedule to make sure the team has all the necessary feeds for the coming week
• Must wear a respirator, Tyvek optional
• Assisting with feeds

Positions are all full-time and possible shifts can be 6:30am to 3pm Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. There is flexibility, however at least 1 weekend day shift is required.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain an Missouri Agent License to work in the facility
• Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work with a team and have a sense of urgency
• Detailed oriented mind set with a focus on efficiency and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of the Cannabis industry
