If you have extensive experience in the title industry and you are looking for the chance to launch a new title office, here it is! Token Title is a new title company that being launched by an established commercial real estate brokerage with a niche focus on the cannabis industry.

While the title company will provide services for all types of commercial real estate, the niche focus on the cannabis industry will help rapidly build the brand.

Implementing new technology and streamlining processes is a major focus of both the real estate brokerage and the title company. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient with computers, and interested in exploring new ways to incorporate a digital experience into the closing process.

Responsibilities

• Handle title insurance orders from start to finish
• Closely review purchase agreements and lender instructions to determine closing requirements
• Order title search from third party and determine escrow amounts by calling on water, taxes, and special assessments
• Complete calculations for pro-rations as needed
• Generate closing statements and title commitments
• Coordinate closings and ensure all closing requirements are met
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and quick response times

Minimum Requirements

• A strong understanding of commercial title and title clearance
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of title experience
• Title license
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience with Qualia or a similar title software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very detail oriented and organized
• Strong computer and technology skills with ability to quickly learn new software
• Positive and driven to suceed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Flexible schedule

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
