Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain batch records, room logs, product travelers & inventory records.
- Collect data from the grow, extraction & packaging teams for nightly reconciliation
- Generate reports & build spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Perform physical inventory weekly
- Create & print labels for the finished products
- Learn & incorporate any new software systems, records or SOPs designed to maintain a full chain of custody
- Assist Theraplant & communicate with regulators during DCP audits
- Work closely with the executive management & Theraplant's department heads to cultivate a compliance mindset & maintain fully compliant operations.
- Be familiar with/refer regularly to the official CT Medical Marijuana Program regulations
- Assist Theraplant in streamlining, refining, advancing & enforcing compliance SOPs, systems & reports
Qualifications and Skills - In order to be considered, candidates must have:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel's
- The ability to learn & gain proficiency with new software quickly
- Strong organizational, verbal & written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred (strong math background)
- Interest in learning the processes involved in producing medical marijuana from seed to sale
