About you:
We are looking for an experienced, hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is as passionate and willing to put the same care and effort in to our product as we are. We are looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest grade trim. Must have a minimum of one year previous trimming experience and a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
About the job:
7 Points Oregon is looking for an experienced cannabis trimmer. This is an hourly position starting at $15 per hour, and includes paid breaks and a benefits package of health insurance, paid sick, vacation, and holidays. We require a minimum of 60 grams per hour of finely trimmed flower. We trim both our A and B buds. This position also incudes harvest help defoliating and hanging product.
Responsibilities include:
- Harvesting Cannabis Plants
- Trimming Cannabis flower (we ask for a very fine, detailed trim)
- Monitoring quality of product
- Cleaning
- Helping with a variety of tasks around the facility

Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit

Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, carry, and lift 35 pounds. Occasional activities may include lifting and carrying more than 35 pounds.
Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
