Supervisor - Roles & Responsibilities
Leadership
- Function as Leader of the Floor (“LTOF”) at the dispensary
- Responsible for the daily support and guidance of dispensary team

- Assist with troubleshooting for POS and hardware issues
- Responsible for the management and approval of discounts

Cash Handling
- Ensure nightly/weekly deposits are consistent with POS reports
- Immediately report any cash discrepancies to General Manager
- Help resolve any cash discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure PCS team is following all cash handling guidelines
- Ensure that there is a sufficient amount of change on-hand at all times
Compliance * Notify GM of any discrepancies within 24 hours
- Maintain waste log and scale calibration log (update as needed)
- Maintain sanitation logs (update daily)
- Ensure that building and vault are armed at the time of close
- Remain current on all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies,
compliance documents, and training at all times * Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company
regulations * Maintain checklist for audit/inspections by regulatory authorities development & Culture
- Promote positive Culture centered around:
o Providing high-level customer service to our patients and customers Excellent product knowledge and education Creating and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment communication & feedback
- Effectively communicate goals, initiatives, policies, developments, tasks, and
performance measures with the team, and include the “why.” * Notify GM/Compliance Officer about discrepancies within 24 hours
- Work with team to find solutions to resolve issues
- Provide a balance of positive and constructive feedback
- Track business trends and impacts through daily reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
