Green Rose was established in 2019 and is a vertically integrated cannabis company with dispensary, craft grower, transportation and infuser licenses.
The Security / Check-In Agent will oversee and ensure on-site security at all times and will manage all day-to-day security and intake concerns. The Security/Check in agent will work closely with the security director and contracted security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the Company’s dispensary, on-site inventory, and dispensary employees. This position will regularly inspect and monitor all security devices and report any discrepancies or defective devices to the General Manager and Security Director for immediate repair/replacement. In keeping with the responsibilities of this position, the Security / Check-In agent will have prior security/Intake experience. Security and Check-In agents will meet and greet all customers, checking and confirming their state-issued identification according to company policies, updating records, and assigning the customer to a Customer Consultant. This position will represent the first line of contact for customers and will play an important role in ensuring they feel comfortable, are greeted pleasantly, and provide appropriate answers to introductory questions. This position will also introduce new customers to the Company’s Opt-in Customer Loyalty Program, provide them with information, and assist them with registration as desired. The duties listed are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Protect company property, staff and all personnel present while maintaining a safe and secure environment
Meet, greet and check-in all customers through IT systems and procedures in place
Monitor and control access at all building entrances and gates
Watch all alarm systems, monitor cameras
Rigorously observe all signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
Ability to take accurate notes of all activity and occurrences
Report daily of all incidents
Great ability to always interface with the public in a professional manner
Integrity and professionalism
Assisting in all dispensary operations
Ability and willingness to always assist and provide direction
Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
2-3 years of security and front-line customer interaction
Consistent and constant communication on all levels
Accountability at all levels and for others
Balanced decision making
Intuitive critical thinking
Practical and pro-active actions/thinking
Attention to detail, organized lead in all workspaces
Position Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be 21 years of age
Must possess a valid license or state ID
Must remain compliant with all city and state regulations and requirements for working in the industry
Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time
Willingness to be flexible – Travel is at times necessary; therefore, travel is required for retail management
