We are looking to hire multiple part time employees and train one of them to be a manager.
We just opened our dispensary about 2 months ago. We are planning to extend our hours and do a grand opening in the near future.
One of the main things we are needing help with is promoting the business. If you have experience promoting and advertising for any businesses (especially cannabis) please tell us about it.

Summary
- Education and Sale of merchandise; and cashiering in a retail store by performing the following duties.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Educate customer regarding medicinal properties and/or effects.
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.
- Answers customer's questions concerning price and use of merchandise.
- Comply with company's cash handling policies.
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.
- Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.
- Supervisory Responsibilities
Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift.
- Maintains accurate, organized and compliant departmental records; reviews for assurance that no errors have occurred, investigates and resolves any discrepancies
- Effectively supervises team in the proper execution of daily tasks throughout the facility
- Represents the mission and vision of the dispensary at all times, including at public events and community outreach programs and general public
- Encourages an environment that supports engagement of team members. Aids Dispensary
Manager in the selection and development of dispensary inventory staff through mentoring coaching, two-way accountability, providing consistent feedback and intellectual growth to include positioning high performers for advancement within the company
- Oversees dispensary POS and inventory management software and/or systems; ensures systems meet all operations, reporting and compliance needs; troubleshoots system and software issues
- Prevents the diversion of medical marijuana to anyone other than customers
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. For supervisor position a minimum of 1 year management experience in a retail management role is required.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer systems.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust possess a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
