Cannabis Customer Returns Jobs

We are a B2B wholesaler for Vapor, CBD & Smoke Shop supplies, and assorted accessories. We are currently looking to fill our customer returns position at our Addison fulfillment center. We are looking for self-starting and detail orientated individuals to join our growing customer service team.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• At least 2 years working a customer-facing customer service role
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Some familiarity with CRM systems and practices (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Nice to have but not required

• Cannabis, Wholesale, or Vape Industry experience
• Experience using Hubspot CRM
• Experience in E-commerce based businesses
• Experience working in returns and/or shipping departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
