Customer Relationship Manager or Sales Representative– LED Lighting & Cannabis Industry

Your role

Pozeen, specialized in cannabis grow lighting and disinfection lighting, is a lighting company based in China and Malaysia.

We have a sales and marketing team in China developing new customers and taking care of all orders. You are expected to provide support to entire sales & marketing team, to assist in the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing customers; and you will obtain shared commissions from the related sales.

Your responsibilities

§ Make and answer phone calls for sales team

§ Build and maintain good customer relationship with sales team through team efforts

§ Maintain customer database and update it on a daily basis with sales team

§ Constant interaction with team members; taking feedback and working towards improving performance.

§ Performs other duties as assigned

Your competencies

§ LED Lighting & Cannabis industry experience!

Your background

§ Possess excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills

§ Positive, passionate, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude

§ Proficient in MS Office products in particular Excel

§ Cannabis industry knowledge and background preferred

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
