Cure Room Technicians work closely with teammates and Support Team Leads to process the highest quality flower and by-products in preparation for dry trim and Batch Packaging teams. CRTs work with team leads to ensure the optimal flow of product throughout the cure room and trim room.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with Coordinator(s) to assist Team Leads with all product going in and coming out of Cure Room
- Responsible for maintaining organization of all product in process, pre-package, and post-package
- Responsible for maintaining proper rotation and rack-removal of all hanging product
- Responsible for maintaining proper rotation of cure tubes and curing schedules
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote efficiency
- Responsible for the preparation of batches "post trim": Weighing and bagging all flower and associated by-product
- Assists all team leads by completing work in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity

- Hanging 125-400 plants worth of harvested cannabis flower from the day's batch.
- Maintaining, tracking and packaging of all byproduct types.
- Working with a small team of 2-4 Cure Room Technicians
- De-sticking, De-fanning and various other tasks in the Cure Room/Trim Room
- Works closely with Cure Room Supervisors to maintain a smooth flow of production
- Cleans personal equipment and maintains an organized workspace
- Maintains time and attendance as well as all other conduct related requirements at all times
- Follow Parallel policies and procedures for daily operation to comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Completes work in a timely manner to maintain the flow of production
