Cultivation Track & Trace Tech
The Cultivation Track and Trace Tech will work with all managers in the Cultivation/Breeding departments to ensure proper tagging and logging of plants, plant tissue, seed stock and harvested cannabis are maintained to the standards of CCA, Cal-Cannabis, Bureau of Cannabis Control, California Department of Food and Agriculture or any other regulatory body. This includes general organization, safety, cleanliness, and the inventory of BOM required to stay operational regarding the day-to-day operations of Seed breeding and Cultivation when related to Track and Trace compliance issues. Incumbent will help in the cultivation process through the year and help with expansion during the off season. The Track and Trace Tech will work with the Cultivation and Nursery departments to assist all planting and harvesting logistics in relation to the Track and Trace system as well as compliance matters; both cannabis specific and general safety practices/standards as required by OSHA in agricultural matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Working environment will include office, warehouse, greenhouse/hoop house and container environments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Assist Cultivation and Nursery department in the tracking, planting and harvesting of Cannabis from seed to fresh frozen. This includes accurately tagging plants and harvest batches with the correct UID. * Assist in the tracking process of plant destruction with all applicable departments. This includes the tracking, weighing and logging of all disposed of plant material throughout the grow cycle. * Assist in the data collection and logging of all movement of cannabis seed, plants and frozen material. * Collaborate on and contribute to the development of Compliance reports. * Assist with general upkeep of all materials related to the Track and Trace system. Maintain a tight materials BOM inventory and order request and fulfillment protocols.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE: Required:
- Must be at least 21 years of age * Have a Valid CA Drivers License and be insurable * Prior experience working with cannabis * Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fastpaced environment * Excellent interpersonal skills * Acts and dresses professionally * Ability to work well remotely and while off site * Operates as a team player * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Advanced computer skills, including PCs, G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite * Flexible in work schedule as needed Desired: * General farming knowledge * College degree in related field * Regulatory, land use or compliance experience helpful * Fluent in Spanish
