Responsibilities

• Assist in packaging and labeling a variety of confections which may include hand packaging or assisting in operating light machinery
• Help our kitchen team with processing confections such as sugar dusting jellies or cleaning molds
• Counting and recording quantities of products
• Follow prepared Standard Operating Procedures
• Stay up to date on OLCC regulations
• Basic cleaning such as cleaning tables, mopping, sweeping floors, etc.
• Maintains full compliance with OLCC with respect to evaluation, handling, storage, and tracking of products

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old
• High School degree or equivalent
• Valid OLCC marijuana worker permit & Drivers License
• Ability to lift and move +50lbs throughout the day
• Maintain proper hygiene at all times including wearing clean clothes and proper hair net and/or beard net provided
• Own a smartphone with an active plan
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, sit and kneel daily in production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floors and, in some instances, staircases
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, professional, and cooperative attitude at all times
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Solid and efficient problem-solving skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in an efficient, meaningful, and timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Food production: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• OLCC Service Permit (Required)

• Night Shift (Preferred)
