What You Need Distribution is hiring!
We are a Bellingham, WA based company that has been distributing glass and accessories to the (i502) cannabis and head shop industry for about 8 years in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We are growing year after year and are eagerly looking for sales associates who want to grow with us.
We currently are open Monday - Fridays 8:30 - 5:00, but we are appointment only. You will need to be at the warehouse between those hours unless on the road. If you’re not 15 minutes early, you’re 15 minutes late!
Must be 21
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to pass background check
Glass and cannabis industry knowledge
We need reliable, punctual, and attentive sales people who strive in customer satisfaction. We need someone who works well with others and wants to be a part of a team.
We need someone who is able to travel and do overnight sales trips. We currently take vans all over Washington, Oregon, and parts of Montana. Some trips are 1 night and 2 days, while some may be 3 nights and 4 days. Some flexibility will be needed in terms of overnight trips.
Our sales people will also need to be able to spend some days in the warehouse while the vans are not on the road. Warehouse days include intaking new inventory, restocking shelves and vans, fulfilling online orders, in person appointments, etc. At WYN, we all work together and are trained in doing each job so we can all fill in when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
