Company Overview:

West Coast Cannabis Club is a vertically integrated cannabis company that prides itself on having the best customer service in the industry! We are looking for customer service representatives (budtenders) who are excited to help bring our brand to Fresno. Our mission is to have a positive impact on our community as well as the cannabis industry. The ideal candidate is motivated to be involved in a rapidly growing industry and wants to learn as much as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers by creating an inviting experience.
• Educate the customer regarding our products and their effects
• Assist customers with selection of products
• Keep the store and all displays clean and organized
• Support the store experience by performing various operational tasks as needed
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• each employee must be fingerprinted (via LiveScan) for the purpose of conducting and passing a background check.
• Experience in cannabis not necessarily required
• Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic

Additional Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and time management
• Must be able to adapt to changes in work environment
• Must be detail oriented and take directions well
• Must have knowledge of cannabis, related vocabulary, and products offered
