General
- Be the steward of our brand and work within the tone, mission, and visual identity of our brand.
- Execute consumer-centric strategies and plans for driving demand, engagement, and conversion through owned, earned, and paid digital channels including brand websites, social media platforms, search engines, videos, content planning, and more.
- Be a source of knowledge and expert in best-in-class digital and traditional marketing strategies, services, technologies, and tools.
- Develop and deploy community marketing initiatives. (e.g., event sponsorships, events, etc.)
- Closely collaborate with the owners.
- Identify and recommend any digital changes.
- Manage, collaborate, and strategize ideas.
- Build sample kits and orders as needed.
Social Media
- Develop a multichannel content plan that ensures the content drives awareness, engagement, and revenue across all social/digital platforms.
- Schedule and post regularly on multiple social media platforms to maintain a digital presence. (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
- Commenting, responding to DMs, and engaging with the community.
- Plan to grow the business's social media presence across various platforms. (Facebook,
- Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
- Increase visibility, engagement, and social traffic across the brand.
- Manage influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Own the content calendar for all channels.
- Identify new opportunities and emerging social trends to capitalize on.
Content/Content Creation
- Content creation for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a photo/video library.
- Create visual content. Pictures, videos, etc.
- Manage and update website content as needed.
- Championing the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and visuals for web and print.
- Design and publish print-based materials (brochures, sale materials, business cards, etc.)
- Review materials for responsiveness, thoroughness, accuracy, and quality.
- Review content for tone, voice, clarity, and consistency of messaging.
- Direct the ideation, creation, and production of all content.
- Manage the copywriting. Write, Review, and edit copy.
- Write and publish content on company websites.
- Oversee the execution of the content plan.
Email Marketing
- Managing email marketing initiatives to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Develop and execute a plan to grow organizational email lists and cultivate lists for different campaigns.
- Assist with building coupon offers.
- Oversee email marketing execution through Mail-chimp.
Analytics
- Continuously measure and optimize content engagements, conversions, and performance.
- Help gather data, track digital campaigns, determine ROI, etc.
- Develop benchmarks and KPIs for social media performance.
- Share dashboards, and KPIs to measure performance.
- Optimize online ad spending.
- Test and track campaign performance.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
