As an Onboarding Representative, you will be responsible for developing membership for our Cannabis Related Business (CRB) program for our Aery group's banking services. The successful applicant will be required to collect, assess, and maintain corporate documents to support a solid, safe, and sound relationship between CRB Members and U.S. Eagle. The Onboarding Representative will be expected to provide service that will exceed the normal banking relationship in the market, ensuring a long-term, loyal member relationship.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Respond to new referrals within 24 hours of receipt. Schedule initial interviews with potential members to discuss business needs and fee structure based on business type.- Assist Businesses with determining services needed and make formal recommendations to the CRB Compliance Manager for approval. Assist businesses with understanding the U.S. Eagle model, required documentation, and the objective of maintaining an above reproach level of transparency.
- Set up potential members in onboarding software:
- Complete and review forms for member signatures.
- Collect and evaluate corporate documentation and determine risk levels associated with the evaluation of corporate structure, financials, and practices working closely with Compliance Manager.
- Set up File Structure for Private Banker.
- Adhere to the institution privacy policy and signed NDAs with business members.
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related financial institution experience. Experience with business accounts preferred.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Work Environment: Hybrid work environment. When in office, the noise level in the office work environment is typically moderate. High energy and fast paced office environment, subject to stressful situations. Must be available for occasional weekend and after-hours work.
