Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide 5 star support to cannabis retailers using Tymber’s ecommerce software and services.
- Schedule and host online, and in-person meetings related to demos, website deployments, and monthly reviews.
- Organize projects and optimize workflows for efficiency and scale
- Be nice to people, work hard, work fast and be accountable.
- Document, prioritize and communicate partner needs directly to CEO and COO.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3+ years (SaaS) sales and/or account management experience.
- 1+ years experience in the cannabis industry
- Experience working with project management software. (Monday.com preferred)
- Basic Wordpress knowledge and/or skills
- Basic understanding of design principles (photoshop, illustrator and figma a plus)
- Basic knowledge of web design, digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of email and sms marketing
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email and video conference
- Patient, creative, energetic, organized
